Please read the following terms carefully before using QuizPlanet (the "Website"). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the transaction conditions displayed at checkout.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Website is operated by Silaloe LLC (registered in the United States, "we", "us"). By using the quiz services on the Website, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old (if you are under 18, you must have the consent of your legal guardian), you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you have the legal capacity to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Website immediately. If you continue to use the Website after we update these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Website provides digital psychology-quiz-as-a-service (SaaS) products, including online self-exploration quizzes such as Talent Radar, Mind Age, Should I Quit, and Work CP, together with the corresponding result reports. The quiz items are adapted from publicly published psychology research and theories (such as multiple intelligences theory), with each item mapped to real behavioral tendencies.

The quizzes offered on the Website are digital intangible goods, delivered instantly upon payment confirmation (results are displayed immediately and can be reviewed permanently). Scoring and interpretation are completed by our own rule engine and do not involve third-party generative AI models.

3. Accounts and Security

The core quizzes on the Website currently require no account registration. If you create an account or use features that require sign-in, the account holder is responsible for all actions taken under that account and for keeping login credentials safe. 4. Payment and Unlocking (One-Time Purchase)

The core quizzes on the Website are free. If we launch paid unlock items (such as premium reports), the price (in TWD or equivalent currency) and the benefits will be clearly displayed on the checkout page. By completing a payment, you authorize that one-time charge; we will never charge you again without your consent.

Once payment is confirmed, the corresponding unlocked content is activated instantly and bound to your order.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Paid items are digital intangible goods (online quiz results and premium interpretations), delivered on the web page immediately after payment confirmation, with no physical shipping. You can review your results page at any time; delivery is deemed complete upon such access.

6. Cancellation and Changes

A one-time purchase involves no auto-renewal. If you change your mind before completing payment, simply close the checkout page and no charge will occur. If you need to cancel after payment, please contact us at support@zhiwoxingqiu.com before the content is actually delivered, and we will issue a full refund.

7. Refund Policy

  • Duplicate charges: fully refunded once verified.
  • First-purchase guarantee: within 7 days of unlocking a paid item, you may request a full refund if the content materially differs from its description.
  • Non-delivery: if the content cannot be delivered due to system issues, a full refund is issued.
  • Refund requests are confirmed within 2 business days; once approved, refunds are returned via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ This refund policy summary is also displayed on the checkout page. For orders already under bank chargeback investigation, the investigation outcome prevails.

8. Billing Disputes

If you have any questions about a charge, please contact us first at support@zhiwoxingqiu.com instead of filing a dispute (chargeback) directly with your bank. We commit to replying within 2 business days and resolving verified billing errors within 5 business days after confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

We own the intellectual property of the quiz items, scoring logic, interpretation copy, visual design, and code on the Website. Your own quiz results (type, scores, and interpretation) belong to you and can be freely shared. Without written consent, you may not copy them in bulk, resell them, or use them to train machine-learning models.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • violate any applicable laws, regulations, or card-network rules;
  • create or distribute fraudulent, illegal, deepfake, or harmful content;
  • use automated tools to mass-produce fake statistics or disrupt the service;
  • attempt to bypass, crack, or interfere with the Website's security mechanisms;
  • resell the Website's services or content without authorization.

11. Data, Privacy, and Security

How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: quiz answers stay on your device; only anonymous score statistics are uploaded when you complete a quiz; we do not collect your name, email, IP address, or any personally identifiable information.

Payments are processed by a third party: the Website's payment processor is Waffo Pancake. Credit card numbers and other payment information are handled exclusively by a PCI-DSS-compliant processor and are never stored on our servers. Account-related data is deleted 90 days after service cancellation.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided "as is", with no guarantee of absolute accuracy of results or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you actually paid in the 12 months before the dispute arose (for free users, the total amount you actually paid for using the Website, typically zero).

13. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website for violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or legal requirements. If the service is terminated without your breach, items that were paid for but not delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Silaloe LLC is registered. In case of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt friendly negotiation; failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent authority in the jurisdiction where Silaloe LLC is registered.

15. Changes to These Terms

For material changes to these Terms, we will announce them on this page at least 14 days before the effective date and update the version number and effective date.
