Where to start

  1. Feeling drained lately? Look at what people cost you

If you often say yes and regret it later, start with the People Pleaser Test. If other people's feelings tend to follow you home, try the Empath Test. Both help you keep some energy for yourself.

  2. Want a full check on your emotional skills? The EQ Test

The EQ Test covers five emotional skills in 35 questions. More useful than the total score is seeing which skill is weakest and what to practice first.

  3. At a crossroads? Use ikigai to find your direction

The Ikigai Test measures how bright each of your four circles is (what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, what you can be paid for) and shows where you are now and which circle is holding you back. It pairs well with the Career Interest Test.

FAQ

Are people pleasing and being an empath mental health conditions?

No, neither is a diagnosis. They're everyday terms for habits and traits, and your result only reflects your current tendencies. If emotional struggles are affecting your sleep, work or relationships, please talk to a doctor or licensed therapist.

Can you improve your EQ?

Yes. Emotional intelligence is usually seen as a set of skills, not a fixed trait. Start with your lowest area, for example by naming a feeling before you react. Steady practice matters more than a high score on one test.

Will the chronotype quiz tell me when to go to bed?

It shows whether your natural rhythm leans morning or night, but your actual schedule also depends on work, family and health. If you've had sleep problems for a while, check in with a doctor.
